I've been working on filling in what I think are some crucial details that need to be in place so we can move Perl Wiki forward. The key spots I'm focusing on are a new design for the Main Page at Main Page/WEEK and a core project management page at Perl Wiki.
I took the liberty of moving the text of Help:Contents to Perl Wiki:About and its talk page. I'm thinking the current contents of the Main Page should be moved to something like Perl Wiki:Guidelines or similar. I would like to also refactor the Community Portal, but I don't want to go too far, too fast or in the wrong direction.
I request that we get together on structuring the project more consicely. I have created an outline (site map) for this purpose:
